- S2-B — done_verified 真四源整合 runner（scripts/real-four-source-proof.ts）遠端 CI run 39945942990 / commit b6788dd 9/9 probes pass：真 source URL+hash、HK capture date 2026-10-23、真 observation IDs（model 1/basket 1/income 20/fx 5）、snapshot 綁真 IDs 且 engine 由 DB 輸入重算完全一致、重跑無重複、缺依賴同跨午夜 gap 都 fail-closed 保留 last-trusted、DB container 已移除。之前兩個 retry_later 係 watchdog exit=124（排程時限），唔係 proof 失敗。

- S2-D — running 切片一完成：現行 commit b78954a 嘅六 gate 遠端 CI（run 40079411336, success）已用獨立腳本由原始事實重推 S2-01..06（176 probes, 0 raw failures, 0 flag conflicts），DB 17.11 四個非特權 role、runtime node+workers、real four-source 9/9（HK 2026-10-24）、activation 15/15；本機 test 138/typecheck/lint 全綠。review: docs/reviews/stage-2d-slice1-2026-10-24.json。仍欠：tracker 對齊現行 commit、schema/writer 實質審閱 freshness、dirty flag 誠實性（evidence 目錄唔喺 .gitignore，gate-report subject.dirty 恆真）→ 切片二。
